Picker/Packer with Forklift Licence

CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Labourers with Forklfit Licence for long-term position at Sumner.

Applicants must have experience; the product is fragile, heavy and needs to be handled with care. Due to the weight a high degree of physical fitness is required.

It is crucial you have a valid Forklift licence and experience.

Please note our positions are not just "Forklift Operating"- there will be a requirement that you will also assist in other facets of the business i.e.: manual handling. These will be a physical role, not just driving however Forklift experience is essential

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Forklift use: Loading/Unloading, High Reach and Heavy Loads
• Highly regarded: Picking and packing orders, loading & unloading trucks, dispatch duties & production line
• Warehouse / Logistics Experience
• Valid Forklift licence and at least 1x years’ experience is essential;
• Able to communicate clearly
• Have full PPE including Steel Cap Boots, Long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, safety spec and hard hat
• Able to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions
• Be able to commit to Monday to Friday
• Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – the roles will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling
• A high level of physical fitness is required;
• Own reliable transport; due to locations public transport may not be available
• Available for an immediate start.
