Replenisher - Picker/Packer

CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are looking for an experienced Picker Packer/ Replenisher who can hit the ground running for or client’s located in Logan and surrounding areas.

You will bring at least 1-2 years’ experience in the industry, have strong drive and a willingness to hit high performance targets.

All applicants must have current unrestricted work rights within Australia and must reside locally to be considered for this role.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Replenishing experience - Essential
• RF Scanning & Picking experience – Essential
• Previous experience in Warehouse Environment - Essential
• Motivation is a key factor in the position as these positions could lead to permanent roles
• Be physically fit and capable of lifting & being on your feet all day
• Able to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
• Able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
• OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions
• Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants
• Available for an immediate start
