CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are currently seeking experienced Caulker; Silicone/Joint Sealers & Waterproofers to join a team of busy builders across South East QLD.

A fully maintained company vehicle provided. All equipment and stock will also be supplied.

To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Experience in all aspects of joint sealing; including internals, externals, large flex joints, silicone and polyurethane.

• White Construction Induction card
• Full QLD Drivers Licence

• A minimum of 1 year experience in silicone/joint sealing with references available.

• Must be confident in the application of applying silicone and poly based products.

• Must be able to work unsupervised and be efficient

• Good attention to detail required - able to produce a flawless finish.
• Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants
• Able to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling
• You must be very OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions.
• Available for an immediate start!
