We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to work directly with the Warehouse Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a busy warehouse team in Meadowbrook.

About the role: Work with the senior management team to strategically manage the operations of the warehouse. Develop, implement and monitor processes and procedures to improve daily productivity.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Min 2 years in a supervisor role with the ability to train and mentor staff
  • Experienced in stocktake, stock systems in warehouse environment
  • Previous experience with an ERP system preferred
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to monitor performance and actions including KPIs and financial targets
  • Forklift Licence preffered but not essential
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate
  • Be hands-on and involved in day-to-day tasks.
  • Good physical condition: the role will involve bending, kneeling, lifting and squatting
  • Self-managed and reliable
  • You must be able to follow and adhere to all safe working principals
  • Available for an immediate start
