Factory Labourers

CT Labour Hire is an Australian owned business based on the Southside of Brisbane. We service companies in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs providing all their Labour Hire needs.

Our client specialises in rubber components for the mining and agricultural sector. They have a large modern workshop based in the Berrinba area.

Currently seeking Rubber Trimmers/ Factory Labourers for ongoing positions Monday to Friday – AM & PM shifts.

These positions are suitable for entry level/inexperienced but fit labourers - you must be physically capable to bend, lift & squat.

The following will be regarded:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing or Production - highly regarded;
• You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions;
• Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling;
• Comfortable with complex processes;
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operation of your work area;
• Display a high attention to detail and a positive attitude;
• Own reliable vehicle and valid licence – please note due to job location public transport may not be available;
• Commitment to quality, safety and environmental policies, procedures and work instructions;
• Your own Hi-vis long sleeve shirt, long workpants & your own steel cap boots;
• Be well presented, reliable and punctual;
• Available for an immediate start!
