Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are currently seeking experienced Site Labourers for 7am starts, Monday to Friday work at St. Lucia commencing January 2025.

Duties will vary but role will involve off siding to the installers, use of nail guns, power tools, repetitive lifting and manual labouring including site clean, and tasks directed by your supervisor.

A Construction Induction card, full long PPE and previous experience is essential!

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Must have previous Labouring site experience
  • You must have a Blue / White Construction Induction Card and be able to produce it when required
  • Be physically fit and capable of lifting
  • Able to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
  • You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
  • You must be very OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
  • Ability to complete Online & Site Inductions (as required)
  • Have full PPE including Steel Capped Boots, Long Hi Vis Shirt, Long Pants and Gloves
  • Able to commit to working Monday to Friday
  • Available for IMMEDIATE start
