What this role entails:

As a Laboratory Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the rubber products manufactured at the Berrinba facility. You'll be involved in various aspects of the production process, including:

• Performing a range of tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards;

• Accurately recording and reporting test results, maintaining detailed records of procedures and findings;

• Identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications, contributing to continuous improvement in the manufacturing process;

• Maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results;

• Working closely with production staff to troubleshoot issues and optimize product quality.
