Labourer/Yardhand - Maintenance

CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused labourer to assist with General Yard and Site Maintenance at a dangerous goods manufacturing facility in Pinkenba. Please note: no handling of dangerous goods is required. This is a physically active role involving outdoor work on an industrial site.

This positions are commencing asap and will be ongoing, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• General yard upkeep including mowing, whipper snipping, and weed control

• Maintaining clear accessways

• Rubbish removal and tidying of outdoor work areas

• Supporting trades or site staff with ad hoc maintenance and labouring tasks

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in labouring or yard maintenance (preferred)

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Strong awareness of safety procedures

• Reliable transport to and from site; please not due to location public transport is not available

• White Construction Induction Card

• PPE including long hi-vis gear and steel cap boots

• Strong Work ethics

• Fit and strong as this role will involve bending and lifting;
