Assistant Service Technician

CT Labour Hire & Recruitment offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are seeking an Assistant Service Technicians to work alongside experienced installers, supporting the measuring, installation and servicing of residential and commercial window and door systems. Most days will commence at the Yatala based manufacturing facility before travelling to scheduled job sites.

In this hands-on role, you will assist technicians on site at homes and businesses, helping with accurate measurements, product installation, maintenance and general servicing of window and door systems.

Reliability is key! This client is looking for permanent staff!

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Experience with product installation
• Hand and power tool use experience
• Construction Induction White Card- Essential
• Able to gain and pass a Police Check
• Available for overnight service runs when/if required
• Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling and will involve a pre-employment physical assessment
• Own vehicle and Licence - due to the Yatala location no public transport options are available. Plus you may need to drive a work vehicle on occasion.
• Be available for immediate start
• Be able to fully commit Monday to Friday shifts!!
